Look forward to a number of networking events during the three days of the fair. Below you can find an overview of the events taking place during the fair, from 9-11 May 2023.
Networking golf
EOT is much more than just an expo - it is also network! Therefore we are happy to invite you to EOT's networking golf. Here you can spend a pleasant afternoon with the industry playing a round of golf and end the day with a nice dinner.
All levels are welcome.
Price per person DKK 399,- excl. Danish VAT. The price includes golf, dinner and beverages.
Place: Trehøje Golfklub, Røddingvej 21a, DK-7480 Vildbjerg

End the day at the fair with a cool beer, snacks and networking with the fair's exhibitors when Aktuel Elektronik invites you to an unpretentious and cosy end to the first day of the fair.
The event requires no registration and takes place in the Partner Lounge.

Networking Dinner - 3rd Half
EOT invites exhibitors and guests to a cozy and informal event where you and your colleagues can network and meet each other in a relaxed environment.
The theme for the evening is football, so wear your favorite football jersey if you are a passionate fan - or come as you are.
We look forward to seeing you and your colleagues for a fantastic evening filled with fun and networking.
5:00 PM: EOT Fanzone opens, it's time for the 3rd half - gourmet hotdogs and cold draft beers.
6:00 PM: "Unconventional stadium platter" - in good company.
7:00 PM: Networking and maybe a game of soccer with colleagues in the industry?
8:00 PM: Coffee and sweets.
8:30 PM: First shuttle bus to Herning city center
- followed by every half hour from 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
10:30 PM: Thank you for tonight.
