The concept behind the exhibition at EOT consists of ready-to-use stands that make it easy for you to be an exhibitor. We take care of all the practicalities and make sure that everything is in place for your products and your stand staff.
As an exhibitor, you can therefore concentrate fully on taking care of your visitors, your customers and your business partners.
Ready-to-use stands

As an exhibitor at EOT, you don't have to spend time on designing, building and dismantling your stand. Everything is included in the price and the stands are ready to be used.

- Optimal setting for networking
At EOT you host your customers, and therefore we have made it easy for you to create the perfect setting for networking with our unique catering concept.
The price examples below are for the purchase of full catering for you and your customers on all days of the fair.

The final price for hosting will depend on the number of exhibitors and visitors as well as the size of your stand, with the following distribution key.

The final amount for catering will be invoiced after the fair
Our common goal is to attract as many visitors with the right profiles as possible. For this reason, it must be easy to be a visitor at EOT, which is why hosting the entire catering will be the responsibility of the exhibitor as a fixed part of the overall concept for EOT.

Turnkey stands
The turnkey stands are built in high-quality materials and in an attractive layout. When you arrive at EOT on the day of setting up, everything will be ready for you.

Brand your company and feature products, articles, events, etc. here on our website throughout the year. We are continuously promoting new content.
Invitations
Use EOT invitations to invite your network to the fair. It couldn't be any easier to get the right visitors to your stand.
Hold a meeting during EOT
Borrow a meeting room, which you can use for e.g. experience group meetings, board meetings, trade group meetings - all to make it easy for you to network.

Delicious catering with food and beverages for both exhibitors and visitors all day - morning, noon and afternoon.
Networking activities
Networking is an important part of EOT.
In connection with EOT, you can therefore participate in networking events such as networking golf, network dinner and after-work events.
