The concept behind the exhibition at EOT consists of ready-to-use stands that make it easy for you to be an exhibitor. We take care of all the practicalities and make sure that everything is in place for your products and your stand staff.
As an exhibitor, you can therefore concentrate fully on taking care of your visitors, your customers and your business partners.
Ready-to-use stands

As an exhibitor at EOT, you don't have to spend time on designing, building and dismantling your stand. Everything is included in the price and the stands are ready to be used.

- Optimal setting for networking
At EOT you host your customers, and therefore we have made it easy for you to create the perfect setting for networking with our catering concept.
VIP Catering for you as an EOT exhibitor and your guests
As an exhibitor at EOT, you have the opportunity to invite potential customers and collaborators, whom you meet at the exhibition, to an exclusive VIP area with full catering.
The VIP area includes our renowned EOT catering concept, featuring breakfast, lunch, and afternoon pastries to help you and your guests maintain energy levels throughout the day.

For exhibitors:
- As an exhibitor at EOT, you will receive full catering for 2 stand personnel for all three days as part of your stand rental (value: 2,100 DKK)
- If you have more colleagues on your stand, you can order additional day passes via the Exhibitor manual (price: 350 DKK per day per person).
- A day pass is personal and cannot be shared among colleagues.
For your visitors:
- Order guest tickets in the exhibitor manual prior to EOT
- Morning/afternoon refreshments
- Lunch

Turnkey stands
The turnkey stands are built in high-quality materials and in an attractive layout. When you arrive at EOT on the day of setting up, everything will be ready for you.
Online company profile
Brand your company and feature products, articles, events, etc. here on our website throughout the year. We are continuously promoting new content.
Invitations
Use EOT invitations to invite your network to the fair. It couldn't be any easier to get the right visitors to your stand.
Hold a meeting during EOT
Borrow a meeting room, which you can use for e.g. experience group meetings, board meetings, trade group meetings - all to make it easy for you to network.
Unique catering concept
Exclusive VIP area with full catering, where you, as an exhibitor, can invite your customers and partners to join. Here, you can hold meetings and network in a relaxed setting. Convenient and exclusive.

Networking is an important part of EOT.
In connection with EOT, you can therefore participate in networking events such as networking golf, network dinner and after-work events.
