The exhibitor's manual

Did you book a stand and sign a contract? Then by following the link above you can access your stand drawing, visitor invitations, access cards, important deadlines and much more.

Place technical orders

Fill in requests for included items. When you are logged in to the exhibitor's manual, you will find the 'exhibition shop' in the menu. Here you can order glass showcases, flowers, conversation tables, brochure stands, podiums in various sizes, etc.

MCH365 - A online profile

MCH365 is your opportunity to make yourself visible to existing and potential customers, 365 days a year. Here you can fill in your company profile, create contacts, brand your products.

You will regularly receive the EOT exhibitor newsletter, which contains information about important deadlines, fair-specific info, exhibitor events and much more.

Invite your customers

Make the most of your participation at the fair by inviting your customers; download our invitations in the exhibitor manual, distribute your personalised discount codes and market yourself with our SoMe packages.

MCH Lead Scan

With MCH Lead Scan, you can easily and quickly collect leads by scanning visitors' access badges while engaging with them at your stand. This gives you information such as company name, contact details, and more.
