SFC Jenny 600S: Portable Fuel Cell Power Supply
arrow_backTo the overviewThe SFC Jenny 600S is a compact, ultra-light DMFC fuel cell weighing just 1.7 kg; it is so small and light that it can easily fit into a rucksack.
Despite its size, it delivers up to 600 Wh of electrical energy per day. Just a couple of fuel cartridges provide sufficient capacity for several days’ operation, reducing the weight and volume of the batteries that would otherwise need to be carried by up to 80 per cent.
With the Jenny 600S, soldiers can carry fewer batteries and instead take other essential supplies, such as food, water or ammunition, or alternatively extend their mission considerably.
