From Consulting to Finished Battery Packs
We cover the entire value chain – from idea to finished solution:
Consulting and design – electrical and mechanical adaptation of battery packs for specific applications
Prototypes and samples – rapid development for early testing and design adjustments
Testing and documentation – capacity, cycle, and thermal testing in our in-house test and compliance center
Certifications – documentation and approvals for e.g. medical devices, defense, or other regulated industries
Production – flexibility for both small series in Denmark and large-scale production through our international partners
Danish Production with High Flexibility
At our state-of-the-art production facility in Randers, we operate a 250 m² ESD-protected area with antistatic flooring and specialized equipment, enabling us to produce more than 8,000 battery packs per week. This gives us the flexibility to deliver everything from customized prototypes to medium-sized series – always with high quality and full traceability.
Global Capacity and Certification
When projects require large volumes or specific certification processes, we leverage our close partnerships in Asia – including Panasonic in Wuxi. This provides access to advanced production facilities and the capacity to handle even highly complex battery packs.
