EOT Announces Sold-Out Exhibition and This Year’s Key Theme
arrow_backTo the overview02 July 2025
The geopolitical landscape in the electronics and tech industry will be the overarching theme at this year's edition of EOT, which features more than 70 exhibitors and a rich activity program including several new elements. EOT, which will this year be held concurrently with the HI Expo, takes place at MCH Messecenter Herning, Denmark, from September 30 to October 2, 2025.
With around three months to go, Electronics of Tomorrow (EOT) has already sold out all exhibition stands. Exhibitors are expressing great excitement about the event, which has undergone extensive development and will for the first time be held alongside the HI Expo.
- We see strong synergies with the HI Expo. EOT exhibitors typically operate earlier in the value chain, so when guests become curious about the technological content of the solutions at HI, they can seamlessly transition to EOT - and vice versa. This mutual benefit is expected to attract more visitors to both expos, says Søren Manicus, Co-Founder of IndesmaTech.
- We believe the new setup featuring talks, conference presentations, and a social area at the center of the hall will provide inspiring, innovative experiences for visitors - and strengthen engagement with us exhibitors. The new 'EOT Solved by...' format will also allow us to present deeper technical insights into the future of electronics. In our case, we'll highlight future-proof mission-critical mobile communication, where mobile devices can communicate directly across several kilometers, even if 4G and 5G networks are down, he adds.
Activities program - shaping the future of electronics
The new 'EOTech Talk' conference format will be a central feature of EOT, focusing on this year's theme. Expert speakers, keynotes, and industry leaders will explore how global political shifts are impacting electronics, technological development, supply chains, and future opportunities.
Through 'EOT Solved by...' visitors can delve into real-world solutions from exhibitors that address the global challenges discussed on stage. The interplay between these two formats ensures that both long-term visions and current challenges are brought into focus. Additionally, the 'EOT Insights' sessions offer in-depth knowledge, hands-on workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Prominent Speakers and Ambitious Content
The geopolitical situation in the electronics and tech industry will dominate the agenda, alongside topics such as space and defense technology, quantum computing, chip design, and cybersecurity.
TV host, editor, speaker, and moderator Clement Kjersgaard will lead the 'EOTech Talk' on September 30. Speakers include Minister for Digital Affairs Caroline Stage Olsen, who will share her vision for the future of the electronics industry and how technology can help us get there. The minister will then discuss the topic with Rasmus Bisgaard, Regional Business Lead for Denmark & Iceland at Nvidia, and Bo Lybæk, President & CEO of GPV. Visitors will also hear a keynote from Mads Christiansen, Founder & CEO of NewDeal Invest, discussing Europe's accelerating technological progress, the geopolitical tensions it creates, and the implications for European businesses and citizens.
Jacob Rasmussen, Project Manager for EOT, is pleased with the program and the enthusiastic response from exhibitors to the expo's new concept, schedule, and alignment with the HI Expo.
- We are incredibly pleased with the strong support we are experiencing, and we look forward to welcoming everyone to three days where the exhibitors, together with a highly relevant activity program, will present the solutions of the future in the electronics and tech industry. This year's focus on the geopolitical situation in the electronics and tech sector has been chosen because electronics and technology play an extremely important role in the geopolitical agenda as well as in shaping future solutions in a constantly changing world. I am also excited for exhibitors and visitors to experience the community and festival atmosphere we are creating in the center of the hall with our new bar and tent stage - no one should leave EOT empty-handed, says Jacob Rasmussen.
EOT - Electronics of Tomorrow 2025 will be held as part of the HI Expo at MCH Messecenter Herning, Denmark, from September 30 to October 2, 2025. EOT will return as a standalone event in 2027. Learn more at www.eot-expo.com.
